Una varilla de acero de 85 mm de longitud se calent\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente a 1.050 \u00b0C en 6 segundos. Las pruebas de calentamiento de la varilla de acero se llevaron a cabo en la planta de FOCO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equipo de calefacci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>160kW <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><br \/>\n  <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.focoinduction.com\/es\/maquina-de-calentamiento-por-induccion-de-media-frecuencia\/\">m\u00e1quina de calentamiento por inducci\u00f3n de frecuencia media<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Term\u00f3metro de infrarrojos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Utilizamos un calentador de inducci\u00f3n de 160 kW para nuestras pruebas de calentamiento. La bobina de inducci\u00f3n est\u00e1 protegida por un tubo de carburo de silicio resistente a altas temperaturas situado entre la bobina de inducci\u00f3n y la barra de acero.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proceso de calentamiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Coloque el tubo de carburo de silicio dentro de la bobina de inducci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Introduzca la varilla de acero en el tubo de carburo de silicio.<\/li>\n<li>Iniciar el calentamiento por inducci\u00f3n durante seis segundos.<\/li>\n<li>Retire la varilla de acero.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Resultados de las pruebas:<\/strong><br \/>\nUna m\u00e1quina de calentamiento por inducci\u00f3n de 160 kW calent\u00f3 con \u00e9xito la varilla de acero de 40 mm de di\u00e1metro a 1.050 \u00b0C en 6 segundos. El calentamiento por inducci\u00f3n act\u00faa directamente sobre la varilla de acero, que se calienta r\u00e1pidamente. En comparaci\u00f3n con los hornos tradicionales <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><br \/>\n  <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.focoinduction.com\/es\/productos\/sistema-de-calentamiento-por-induccion-para-forja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">los sistemas de calentamiento por inducci\u00f3n<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span> son m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y eficaces.
