La repetibilidad y controlabilidad del endurecimiento por inducci\u00f3n hacen que el proceso de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de todo el ra\u00edl sea m\u00e1s automatizado. Por lo general, calentamos y enfriamos los ra\u00edles con una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.focoinduction.com\/es\/productos\/maquinas-de-temple-por-induccion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e1quina de endurecimiento por inducci\u00f3n<\/a> espec\u00edfica para ra\u00edles.<\/p>\n<p>El ra\u00edl gu\u00eda lineal es una parte importante de la m\u00e1quina herramienta, y debe tener una gran dureza y resistencia al desgaste. La vida \u00fatil y la resistencia al desgaste del ra\u00edl gu\u00eda tras el endurecimiento mejorar\u00e1n considerablemente. Generalmente, el endurecimiento por inducci\u00f3n de los ra\u00edles gu\u00eda va seguido de un proceso de <a
