La principal ventaja es una mayor eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y material y un mayor grado de seguridad en comparaci\u00f3n con otros m\u00e9todos.<\/p>\n<p>El calor concentrado y controlado de un proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n por inducci\u00f3n es sencillo. Con la inducci\u00f3n, la pieza que se va a calentar nunca se expone directamente a las llamas o a otro elemento calefactor. Este proceso sin contacto calienta un metal conductor de la electricidad y genera corrientes el\u00e9ctricas en su interior utilizando los principios de la inducci\u00f3n electromagn\u00e9tica. La corriente de Foucault circulante fluye contra la resistividad el\u00e9ctrica de la pieza met\u00e1lica, produciendo un calor preciso y localizado sin contacto directo entre la pieza y el inductor. El flujo de corriente combinado con las propiedades de resistencia de una pieza conductora da lugar a la producci\u00f3n de calor dentro de la propia pieza, sin inercia t\u00e9rmica y sin p\u00e9rdida de conducci\u00f3n. La inducci\u00f3n es una soluci\u00f3n perfecta para este proceso, ya que permite un calentamiento uniforme y preciso.<\/p>\n<p>El patr\u00f3n de calentamiento adecuado se consigue moldeando una bobina con una forma particular basada en pruebas y en las necesidades del cliente. Como resultado, el calor es uniforme de un ciclo a otro y de una pieza a otra.
