Selon les exigences du client, nous devons braser par induction des tubes en cuivre sur des composants en laiton dans un d\u00e9lai de 20 secondes. Apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u les \u00e9chantillons de test du client, nous avons effectu\u00e9 des tests de brasage par induction sur les \u00e9chantillons de tuyaux en cuivre et de raccords en laiton \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une machine de brasage par induction portative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Machine \u00e0 braser le cuivre :<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.focoinduction.com\/induction-heating-equipment\/induction-brazing-machine\/handheld-induction-brazing-machine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Machine \u00e0 braser portative \u00e0 induction de 10 kW<\/a><\/span>. La machine \u00e0 braser portative \u00e0 induction de 10 kW utilise un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le PLC intelligent. Elle utilise une <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.focoinduction.com\/induction-heating-equipment\/induction-heating-machine\/ultra-high-frequency-induction-heating-machine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alimentation \u00e9lectrique de chauffage par induction UHF<\/a><\/span> et est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de refroidissement par eau int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Dans le processus de brasage par induction, nous utilisons un syst\u00e8me de brasage par induction portatif pour un processus de brasage plus convivial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de brasage du cuivre au laiton :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Installez le tuyau en cuivre et les raccords en laiton ensemble.<\/li>\n<li>Placez le flux et le mastic sur la position du joint du tuyau de cuivre.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur tient la machine \u00e0 braser par induction manuelle FOCO, aligne la bobine avec le joint et commence \u00e0 chauffer.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s 20 secondes de chauffage, le tube de cuivre et les composants en laiton sont assembl\u00e9s et le brasage par induction est termin\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Avantages :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chauffe rapidement et r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;oxydation.<\/li>\n<li>La faible d\u00e9formation le rend appropri\u00e9 pour les pi\u00e8ces de pr\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n<li>Le temps de chauffe peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n<li>Puissance r\u00e9glable pour \u00e9conomiser l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n<li>Processus reproductible et simple d&rsquo;utilisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une machine \u00e0 braser \u00e0 induction manuelle FOCO de 10 kW, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 braser un tuyau en cuivre \u00e0 un raccord en laiton en moins de 20 secondes. L&rsquo;ensemble du processus est rapide et la surface du joint du tuyau en cuivre bras\u00e9 est lisse et moins oxyd\u00e9e.
