Objetivo do aquecimento<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ao t\u00e9rmino do aquecimento por indu\u00e7\u00e3o, a temperatura da camada superficial das pe\u00e7as deve ser igual ou ligeiramente superior \u00e0 temperatura de endurecimento por indu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Deve-se obter uma profundidade de aquecimento adequada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. A temperatura de aquecimento e a profundidade da camada de aquecimento dependem dos seguintes fatores:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Pot\u00eancia m\u00e9dia efetiva transmitida \u00e0s pe\u00e7as durante o aquecimento.<\/li>\n<li>Tempo de aquecimento.<\/li>\n<li>Frequ\u00eancia atual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quando outros fatores permanecem inalterados, quanto maior a pot\u00eancia e maior o tempo de aquecimento, maior a profundidade da camada de aquecimento e a camada de endurecimento das pe\u00e7as. A pot\u00eancia ou o tempo de aquecimento insuficientes resultar\u00e3o em endurecimento incompleto da pe\u00e7a de trabalho ou em nenhum endurecimento. Se um rel\u00e9 de tempo for usado para ajustar e controlar o tempo de aquecimento, ele dever\u00e1 ser verificado com um cron\u00f4metro pelo menos duas vezes por m\u00eas. O rel\u00e9 deve ser verificado com um cron\u00f4metro mec\u00e2nico imediatamente ap\u00f3s o ajuste. A qualidade dos resultados do endurecimento por indu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 refletida nos tr\u00eas aspectos a seguir:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Valor de dureza medido diretamente ap\u00f3s o resfriamento.<\/li>\n<li>Magnitude da tens\u00e3o interna nas pe\u00e7as.<\/li>\n<li>Profundidade, \u00e1rea e microestrutura da camada de endurecimento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Os resultados de endurecimento dependem dos seguintes par\u00e2metros:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Tempo de resfriamento.<\/li>\n<li>Temperatura do meio de endurecimento e resfriamento (\u00e1gua, \u00f3leo, solu\u00e7\u00e3o aquosa de pol\u00edmero, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Press\u00e3o (ou taxa de fluxo) do meio de endurecimento e resfriamento ejetado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um tempo de resfriamento mais longo, uma temperatura mais baixa do meio de endurecimento e resfriamento e uma press\u00e3o de inje\u00e7\u00e3o mais alta significam um endurecimento mais intenso e levam a uma maior dureza da superf\u00edcie das pe\u00e7as, maior tens\u00e3o de endurecimento e maior risco de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de trincas. Os resultados do autotemperamento dependem de:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Temperatura m\u00e1xima de t\u00eampera.<\/li>\n<li>Tempo de autotempera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O tempo de autot\u00eampera \u00e9 definido como o per\u00edodo em que as pe\u00e7as permanecem no ar desde a conclus\u00e3o do resfriamento at\u00e9 serem novamente umedecidas (se o processo subsequente exigir processamento em tempo h\u00e1bil), o que \u00e9 suficiente para completar o efeito de t\u00eampera. O tempo de autot\u00eampera deve estar de acordo com as normas do processo. Se outros fatores permanecerem inalterados, quanto menor for o tempo de resfriamento das pe\u00e7as, maior ser\u00e1 o calor residual no centro das pe\u00e7as, mais alta ser\u00e1 a temperatura de autot\u00eampera, mais completo ser\u00e1 o al\u00edvio da tens\u00e3o interna e maior ser\u00e1 a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da dureza de endurecimento.  <\/p>\n<h4>3. Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade da autot\u00eampera<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Me\u00e7a a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da dureza do endurecimento e compare as pe\u00e7as que s\u00e3o auto-temperadas ap\u00f3s o endurecimento com as que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o (completamente resfriadas durante o endurecimento) para obter a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da dureza das pe\u00e7as devido ao auto-temperamento.<\/li>\n<li>Verifique se h\u00e1 rachaduras de endurecimento.<\/li>\n<li>Use uma lima para limar a superf\u00edcie das pe\u00e7as que acabaram de ser pulverizadas com l\u00edquido e observe a cor de t\u00eampera (cor de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o) da superf\u00edcie para determinar aproximadamente a temperatura de autot\u00eampera.<\/li>\n<li>Me\u00e7a a temperatura de autotempera\u00e7\u00e3o diretamente com um term\u00f4metro infravermelho.
