The Principle of Electromagnetic Induction Heating
The medium frequency induction melting furnace of FOCO induction uses the principle of electromagnetic induction heating to heat the crucible container, and then instantly heats the metal until it starts to melt, so as to achieve the purpose of melting, refining, purification, casting, and inverted mold.

It mainly includes melting of nonferrous metals and ferrous metals, melting of precious metals, such as gold, silver, platinum, etc., professional melting of steel, iron, and copper, and melting of metal alloys, such as aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and copper alloy.

Induction melting furnace consists of three parts: power supply, compensation capacitor and furnace body. Our medium frequency induction heating power supply uses all solid state IGBT inverters and power regulation technology. It can output in constant power mode, which ensures that the capacity of the power transformer is 100% utilized to achieve the best heating effect.

Professional Melting of Steel and Stainless Steel
For the melting of steel and stainless steel, we have a professional dumping type induction melting furnace. Its power is from 15kW to 160kW and the working frequency is between 1-20kHz. It is applicable to the melting of 3kg to 100kg steel and stainless steel.

Fast Melting Speed, Controllable Temperature
When the induction melting furnace is used to melt steel and iron, the melting time is 20-30 minutes, and the maximum temperature can reach 1700℃. According to the different needs of customers, the melting furnace can be equipped with an infrared thermometer to display and automatically control the temperature of the metal to improve the melting quality.
