Application
With a relatively deep heating depth, the medium frequency induction heating machine is mainly used for heating large workpieces or used as a power supply of an induction melting furnace.
Induction Melting
The MF induction heating machine can be used as the heating power supply of the induction melting furnace. It is used to melt a large number of metals, such as steel, iron, aluminum and copper. The small induction melting furnace ranges between 10 KG and 100 KG in melting capacity. The melting capacity of a large induction melting furnace can reach above 5 tons.
Induction Heating and Forging
With a relatively deep heating depth, the medium frequency induction heating machine is used as the induction heating power supply of the induction heating and forging furnace. It can be used to heat billets, steel pipes, iron workpieces, etc.
Induction Hardening and Heat Treatment
Medium frequency induction hardening machine can be used for heat treatment of various metal parts (including auto parts and marine workpieces) in the industry.
